| Hangzhou AI Cluster Team Visits Gaoke Industry & Trade for Research and Guidance

Artificial Intelligence Cluster Working Team recently conducted a special research visit to 

Hangzhou Gaoke Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. The team, led by Ms. Wu Haiyan, Deputy Director of the 

Hangzhou Economic Information Center, and Mr. Zhang Xiaojie, Director of the Scenario Application 

Office of the Yuhang District Development and Reform Bureau, aimed to gain an in-depth 

understanding of the company's AI technology R&D, product innovation, and scenario application 

achievements. Ms. Zhou Liping, Chairman of Hangzhou Gaoke Industry & Trade, along with the 

core management team, hosted the visit. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics 

including industrial upgrading, technological breakthroughs, and government-enterprise collaboration, 

jointly exploring new pathways for AI to empower high-quality enterprise development.

On-Site Visit: Unlocking Achievements in AI Innovation Practice

At the beginning of the visit, accompanied by Chairman Zhou Liping, Deputy Director Wu Haiyan, 

Director Zhang Xiaojie, and the delegation toured the Gaoke Industry & Trade product exhibition area,

immersing themselves in the company's innovative accumulation and practical results in the AI field.

In the exhibition area, Chairman Zhou Liping detailed the company's development journey in deeply 

cultivating the smart terminal sector. She highlighted and demonstrated core products integrated with 

AI technology, such as electronic digital photo frames, LED displays, educational all-in-one machines, 

and smart mobile displays. From AI visual recognition and smart writing interaction to simultaneous 

interpretation and the digital presentation of traditional culture, the research team listened attentively 

to the explanations and personally experienced the product functionalities. They expressed high 

recognition for Gaoke Industry & Trade's innovative approach in deeply integrating AI technology 

with scenarios such as education, office work, and cultural creation. Members of the AI task force posed 

questions regarding details like product algorithm optimization, market implementation status, and

technology iteration plans. Chairman Zhou Liping patiently addressed each query, fostering a vibrant

Following the on-site visit, the two sides held a thematic symposium, delving into core issues such as

development.At the meeting, Chairman Zhou Liping first extended a warm welcome to Deputy Director 

Wu Haiyan and the delegation. She then provided a detailed report on Gaoke Industry & Trade's current 

operations, achievements in AI technology application, international market layout, and future 

development plans. She stated that the company consistently keeps pace with the trends in the AI industry, 

deeply cultivates the smart terminal field, and continuously drives technological innovation and product 

iteration. Currently, products are exported to over 80 countries and regions. She expressed the hope to 

further deepen AI technology R&D, expand application scenarios, and strengthen government-enterprise 

collaboration with the support of government policies, thereby contributing to the high-quality development 

of Hangzhou's AI industry. After attentively listening to the report, Deputy Director Wu Haiyan fully 

acknowledged the achievements made by Gaoke Industry & Trade in empowering the real economy with 

AI and promoting products to "go global." She pointed out that Hangzhou is making every effort to build 

itself into an innovation hub for artificial intelligence. This research visit aims to precisely connect with

bottlenecks. Addressing the company's development requests, Deputy Director Wu Haiyan provided detailed 

interpretations based on Hangzhou's AI industry support policies, covering aspects such as scenario resource
